Direct Fleet takes care of its customers

With continued growth, Direct Fleet is focusing more than ever on customer and driver satisfaction. After a year of growth in 2025 (+14% turnover compared to 2024), Direct Fleet continues its momentum. The company, which now has around 40 employees specialising in fleet management, moved to new headquarters at the end of the year, offering twice the space and higher quality facilities, in order to anticipate its future development. Direct Fleet's development is based on a solid foundation: customer and driver satisfaction. Its model is based on independence, proximity and quality of service. Driven in particular by the development of its long-standing customers, the company now manages a total fleet of nearly 15,500 vehicles. ‘Direct Fleet has always been fortunate to enjoy steady growth, which we have managed carefully to ensure that our employees and our organisation are truly capable of providing a high level of service to our customers,’ explains Maxime Sartorius, the company's CEO and founder. Drivers who are truly valued At Direct Fleet, measuring driver satisfaction is nothing new. It has always been part of the management strategy: weekly surveys, results shared with customers, direct impact on internal remuneration. This unique approach makes it possible to manage perceived quality as closely as possible to the field. With an average satisfaction rate of over 90%, the company confirms that it is possible to combine independence, quality of service and sustainable performance. "We have a real human interface role. It is by listening to drivers and supporting them that we can make concrete improvements to everyday traffic flow," explains Bertrand Goudard, Service & Management Manager. People at the heart of the organisation Direct Fleet has opted for an organisation based on small, versatile customer service teams focused on the real needs of the companies they support. Each customer thus benefits from a dedicated, responsive and accountable contact person. The company has also set up a structured Human Resources department, with onboarding, internal training and skills development processes. Another distinctive feature of the Direct Fleet model is that there is no sales or prospecting function. Development is based exclusively on the quality of the service provided, customer recommendations and word of mouth. Outlook for 2026 The outlook for 2026 is favourable, already buoyed by the arrival of new customers since the beginning of the year. Direct Fleet also wants to offer new innovative services to its customers in 2026, while maintaining its fundamentals: people will remain at the heart of the organisation, for the benefit of customers and their drivers.
