Stéphanie Martinez-Dinand holds a Master’s degree in Business and Management and has been working in human resources and management for over twenty years. Having held various roles as Head of Human Resources within public and private organisations, she joined OPHIS, the housing provider for the Puy-de-Dôme department, where she is Secretary-General. Since 2024, she has also been overseeing the organisation’s vehicle fleet policy, with the aim of optimising costs, supporting the energy transition and improving vehicle usage.
